Brad designed a very functional basement for me with an enclosed laundry room with a properly vented dryer that met code, as my previous dryer was venting to a 5 gallon bucket! Brad was meticulous about the details for 3 storage closets, plenty of outlets, switches and great recessed lighting. Brad also renovated my kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting and crown moulding. Every time I came with a "new" idea for the projects, Brads response was "Absolutely." He was professional and competent in all aspects of the jobs and conscientious in staying on budget. Thanks to Brad it is no longer my townhouse, it is my townhome!

Brad put in a new bathroom at my house and did a fantastic job!!  We couldn't be happier with it.  We knew what we wanted and Brad had some additional suggestions that really made the finished product better then we could have possibly imagined.  He did the plumbing, the electrical and the carpentry and did a great job!!  A true "jack of all trades".  He was professional, thorough and charged us a great price for the job.  I will definitely be calling him again when it's time to do our kitchen.

Brad's attention to detail really stands out! After replacing my two prong outlets with three prong ones and grounding them properly (which has been a fire hazard in my old condo), it was an extra bonus to find that he had all the screws turned to the same direction and had cleaned up the floors! There hasn't been a job he can't do!

Brad completely gutted and renovated two different bathrooms for me and did a wonderful job on both.  He used ideas that I had and incorporated his own insight and ideas to create two very custom bathrooms. He offered quality work and an affordable price.  He also worked quickly and around my schedule.  He's the first person I'll call on any project in the future.

Brad has done a lot of work at my condo.  From fixing plumbing problems to installing lights and ceiling fans to building a nice walk in closet, I always call Brad when I need any work done.  He does it all, he cares very much about his work and he's very easy to get along with.  Strongly recommended!!

Even after knowing Brad for years, he is still willing to go out of his way to get the right parts to complete his mission! You'd be hard-pressed to find someone else who can get the job done as well as he can.
